对于对于我这自小没靠自己能力赚取一分钱而言，暑期打工实践是我人生的一次重大突破和学习体验的机会，所以经朋友介绍，我到了__x去当了一名广告推广员。

开始一切都毫无头绪，书本上学到的知识在实际中运用并不是很多对客户资料弄得乱七八糟，对一些合作内容也是不甚了解，还好有同事的耐心指点帮助，加上自己虚心听教、努力干事，慢慢的我便掌握了一些技巧，也渐渐适应了这种忙碌而充实的生活。

拿到第一笔工资时，虽然觉得有些累，但我还是感到特别开心。我总算领悟到了打工的"真谛"：一要吃苦，二要脸皮厚。还有一些为人处事的经验。

在社会上要善于与别人沟通。如何与别人沟通好，这门技术是需要长期的练习。以前没有工作的机会，使我与别人对话时不会应变，会使谈话时有冷场，这是很尴尬的。人在社会中都会融入社会这个团队中，人与人之间合力去做事，使其做事的过程更加融洽，事半功倍。别人给你的意见，你要听取、耐心、虚心地接受。

在工作上还有有自信。自信不是麻木的自夸，而是对自己的能力作出肯定。社会经验缺乏，学历不足等种。种原因会使自己缺乏自信。其实有谁一生下来就什么都会的，只要有自信，就能克服心理障碍，那一切就变得容易解决了。

知识的积累也是非常重要的，知识犹如人的血液。人缺少了血液，身体就会衰弱，人缺少了知识，头脑就要枯竭。这次接触的广告业，对我来说很陌生，呀想把工作做好，就必须了解这方面的知识，对其各方面都有深入的了解，才能更好地应用于工作中。

打工的日子里，有喜有忧，有欢乐，也有苦累，也许这就是打工生活的全部吧。我不知道多少打工的人有过这种感觉，但总的来说，这次的打工生活是我人生中迈向社会的重要一步，是值得回忆的。

时代在进步，社会在发展，而随之而来的竞争也非常严峻的摆在了我们的面前，现代社会所需要的已经不再是单纯的知识型人才。时代赋予人才新的定义：不仅能够驾驭新科技，具有创新意识，更要有将科技应用于实践的能力。

四、实习过程

经历了初期的不知所措，到现在，真的是百般滋味在心头。现在，我已懂得了对待客户要用到心理学，要懂得客户的需求，从而细腻地介绍产品。也要懂得和客户进行沟通，用心推介适合客户的旅游路线。通过这次的实习，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，也是对这几年所学知识的巩固与运用。从这次实习中，我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的，并且需要进一步的再学习。在这次的社会实践中，让我打开了视野，增长了见识，也改掉了很多毛病。知道挣钱的不容易，工作的辛苦，与社会的复杂多变。而为了适应社会，我们要不断的学习，不断的提高自己，在实践中锻炼自己，使自己在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

旅行社销售的工作比较繁多，学习的内容也有很多，包括：

(1)电话营销：每日都要电话拜访客户，询问是否有旅游的意向，主要集中在公司团体旅游为主，为有意向的客户解答相关旅游问题并给客户提供专业意见。

(2)熟记旅游线路：销售人员一定要熟记旅游线路、线路的排期、线路的基本情况，包括三餐安排、住宿标准是否挂星、自费项目、报送机场来回、景点等要非常熟悉。还要熟悉利润的组成、来源、报价，一条旅游线路价格的组成。

(3)门票业务：省内省外各景点门票门市价格、同行价格、团购价格都要熟记在心中。

(4)订车、订票、订酒店：针对客户相应的旅游线路及要求后，为客户订票也是非常重要的。不同的出行工具对应不同的业务部门交涉和沟通，这一步也是最需要耐心和细心的一步。首先要和计调部门或旅游同行联系，确认这条线路是否还有效和是否还有位。然后要核对客户个人资料和个人要求，并根据对应交通工具和出行时间进行订票，最后再联系酒店方落实所订酒店的具体情况方为完成。

(5)接听来电咨询电话：在电话响铃三声内必须接听电话，并且主动自报公司名称让客户知道，再来了解客户的需求，快速准确地向客户提供信息，再从旅行社的线路中挑选出符合他要求的线路供客户选择。

(6)签订旅游合同：1.向客户讲解线路，承认和小孩的价格所包含的款项后，客户选择对应出游路线后，就拟定好合同让客户浏览合同中的细节并进行讲解，客户确认无误后在合同上签名并收取旅游费用。当面点清款项后给客人开收据、发票，留下客人联系方式，最后把一份旅游合同、收据、发票、旅游线路表一同递给客户，另也有一份旅游合同是作为自己公司留底备案。这样旅游合同就签订完毕。

(7)电话、短信通知：当客户临近旅游时间，要电话或短信再次通知客户出游时间、上车地点与时间。以及一些温馨提示像记得带上身份证，还有一些旅游必备用品等提示。

(8)回访：客户回程后，要回访客户的旅游情况，留下客户宝贵的意见及建议，促进公司的进步与改善服务质量。

这次的实习工作令我深刻的明白到旅游行业的不容易，旅游业是服务性行业，这是旅游业的性质。要求要有非常好的心理素质和热情的服务态度去对待客户，虚心接受别人的意见和批评。毕竟服务性行业是没有标准和尺度去衡量什么才是优质服务，没

有最好的只有更好的，只要用心对待每一位客户，真心懂得换位思考，就能做到为每一位前来的客户订制一条属于他们的优质旅游路线。

旅游工作要有仔细谨慎的工作态度，因为里面牵涉了客户的隐私。身份证号码、名字、电话、住址等个人资料，为客户订机票或购买保险的时候身份证号码和名字的正确输写就非常关键，一旦出错不仅耽误了客户也会造成公司的损失。

销售表面看似轻松简单的工作，实则背后还是要花相当大的心思和功夫在其中。要记住价格，熟背线路等，不过这些都是为了提供更好更专业的服务给客户，是给公司带来利润的前哨，小小的职务发挥大大的作用。以下总结了几点实习中懂得的道理：

一。广泛认真地学习各种理论知识

书到用时方恨少。在工作中许多实践性的操作，都需要宽泛的理论知识支撑。所以，上课期间我们应该抓住这大好时光，广泛地学习各种理论知识，更重要的是汲取一些理念性的文化。

二。踏入社会之前，应努力锻炼自身的基本能力

在工作的各个环节中，我时常需要与客户交流以及对上级进行信息的反馈，其次，工作中的一些环节也必须要与共事的人解释以及表达清楚。而在此时自身的语言组织与表达能力则非常的重要，因为这体现出了个人的基本能力。因此，应该努力锻炼自己的沟通、表达和合作能力，因为踏入社会之际，便有了一个可以让自己展现能力的平台。

三。实习期间，不要放弃任何一次提高专业技能的机会

实习期间，除了了解公司概况情况以外，还要牢记一些专业信息。比如是旅游的线路安排、酒店、门票等等。在后面的工作中渐渐发现，牢记这些信息也是提高了自己的工作效率，因为时间有限，不可能每每想起才去翻看笔记本或者向他人咨询，只有变成自己的东西才能在工作中运用好并且迅速反应。才能给客户展现自己专业的一面，这也是我们实习生需要具备的最基本的专业素质。

四。待人处事的态度以及团队合作的重要性

这次实习于我而言，是踏入了社会，也实质性的接触到了一些陌生的群体。我们所接触到的人性格、品质、性情、做事做人的风格都是不同的。在公司的同事虽然我们年纪相仿，但却感觉他们很成熟，很专业，很可靠的感觉，有很多值得我学习的地方。教会了我很多事情，使我体会到：一定要勇于推销自己，将自己的才能展现出来。我也深深体会到团队合作的重要性，在工作中，我不是一个个体，而是一个团队中的一份子，只有与同事间相互配合，相互信任，真诚交流，才能令工作开展得更加顺利。

五。自身存在的不足
